Co-inquiry Spaces are on-line communities of leaders of different horizons
who are ready to deepen and broaden their development.
To become more of who they are
and more fully contribute in the world in their unique ways.
In a space held by an experienced leadership coach and researcher in the field of adult development,
the participants connect around their stories, challenges, and patterns,
reveal their blind spots and hidden treasures,
and grow together through their quests, questioning, and experiments.
The Co-inquiry Spaces become incubators for enhanced leadership presence and impact,
catalyzing generative ways of being in relation with self and others
and respond to our complex, ever-evolving systems.
Through powerful questions, mindful and heartful dialogue, mutual coaching and feedback,
leadership develops simultaneously from the inside out and the outside in.
Inner and mutual work lead to new (inter)actions in the world. And those experiences,
met with the reflexivity and the resonance of the group, fuel further learning for all.
Each Co-inquiry Space becomes a fertile environment to
envision, design, and experiment with the quality of leadership our world calls for.
