As coaches and leadership practitioners, we play a key regenerative role in our times of profound transformation.
By supporting the expansion of individual and collective consciousness, we can contribute to the development of more resilient, wise and compassionate leaders capable of transforming the current personal, social, and planetary crises into unprecedented evolutionary opportunities.
It starts with our own developmental work! Our Self is our main instrument.
Insights from developmental theory and practice show that we can grow in transformational capacity through shifts in awareness, by expanding and weaving together different ways of understanding ourselves, others, and the field in which we operate.
As we expand our consciousness and our presence, we can tap into more of who we are personally and collectively. We then have the chance to integrate and transform those patterns that don't serve us anymore, and become more resourceful and responsive agents of evolution.
Our personal and professional development unfold simultaneously.
As anything we want to grow, this unfolding takes intention, attention, and practice.
And, we need each other! The expansion of consciousness and capacities is a relational, ecological process. In good developmental company, with a small, dedicated group of practitioners sharing the same evolutionary intention, and committed to supporting the highest possible that you also want to support in yourself, we find unique invitations to deepen self-discovery and integration, and experiment with more of our wholeness.
How do we deepen our presence to our Self, others, and the Field?
How do we expand our responsiveness and generativity as instruments of evolution in our times?
In our circles of inquiry+practice (12 people max) we are committed to personal, mutual, and systemic elevation.
Together, we bravely inquire into our own growth edges, (and we fall back, and we spring forward), as we practice with awareness-based, embodied, and creative ways of building capacity for individual and collective transformational work.
Our methodology builds on self-, mutual, and collective inquiry into the lived experiences of the participants, both inside and outside the group, in our personal and professional communities, and in the broader, shifting global context.
The awareness-based nature of our work invites the participation of our whole person—mind, heart, body, and spirit. It is an embodied journey of deepened presence.
And our action-oriented inquiry implies practical experimentation inside and outside the program, in the time and rhythm of the weeks we journey together, in the ever-increasing complexity of our work and life, where our capacity truly builds.
Our deep inquiry is conducted with academic rigor, on the basis of robust developmental and systems thinking frameworks, in a safe and care-fully co-stewarded space, as we cultivate our ability to hold space for each other's most critical shifts.
Each participant is invited to identify one specific personal growth edge they wish to explore with-in the group. Everyone is ultimately co-responsible for the evolution of the group, the themes that we explore, and the experience that we co-create.
Together, we expand our presence to what is, inside and outside ourselves, in each moment.
We deepen the integration of different aspects of ourselves and different "others" in our environment.
We become more spacious and skillful in support of our own and others' transformational unfolding.
We become more grounded and responsive in the constant re-generation of ourselves and the systems we evolve within.
By deepening our inquiry+practice in the present moment, we honor and integrate the past, and we build more beautiful futures.
join us in a 5-month journey of deep, regenerative inquiry+practice.
next cycle starts in September 2026.

· to expand our capacity for presence—to ourselves, others, and the shared field—through profound transformation
· to develop and diversify our faculties to attune to our clients
· to deepen awareness around developmental and transformational themes, patterns, and dynamics
· to strengthen our capacity to maintain presence with the emotional heavy-lifting involved in personal and systemic change
· to develop capacity and skills to facilitate developmental integration
· to expand the capacity for “organic” transformational coaching, emerging naturally from the relational process
· to expand systems-intelligence and regenerativity by developing capacities and skills to operate within a Whole-Self/Whole-System perspective.
